Biografía
Sylvain Staub is a partner at DS Avocats in Paris.
With a strong reputation in the French market, Sylvain Staub provides advice and litigation services to SMEs, ETIs and large companies in all areas of IT, software, e-commerce and personal data protection law.
Sylvain is also the founder and CEO of LegalTech Data Legal Drive, an RGPD compliance management software for all public and private companies.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1997 (DESS in IT and innovation law at Paris XI - DEA in public finance and taxation at the University of Paris II - Assas), Sylvain joined Christiane Féral-Schuhl's team at FG Associés, then the IT/Telecom department at Salans (Denton) before joining Clifford Chance's IT/Data department for three years.
He is the author of numerous legal articles and conferences.
