Biografía
After corporate experience, Uendi Bejko joined the firm's Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions department in 2021.
She advises on all matters relating to corporate law and assists companies in raising funds, restructuring operations, and the sale and acquisition of companies or groups of companies.
She has also developed a practice in distribution law and commercial contracts and advises companies in the context of negotiations and development of their partnerships.
