She practised law for 6 years in Paris in a law firm with a reputation for tax and company law before moving to Shanghai where she joined an auditing firm (big 4), taking charge of foreign and local businesses and their Mergers & Acquisitions projects
She continues to develop her experience in taxation but has also been able to extend her expertise in other areas such as M&A transactions, corporate law and contract law.
BA in Chinese Law from Wuhan University (2006)
