Biography
Christophe started his career in London before moving to Paris and specializing in mergers and acquisitions at several prestigious law firms. He then served as in-house legal counsel for GE Healthcare covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Christophe later advised foreign clients in Spain and coordinated the French Desk at a law firm in Madrid. In 2004 Christophe founded his own law firm in Barcelona.
He has worked in Buenos Aires since 2010 and currently share his time between Paris and Barcelona.
His legal experience includes
- assisting in international acquisitions, privatizations and restructuring;
- advising companies on the coordination and development of international activities in agro-food, franchising and e-commerce;
- monitoring and advising the development of the first private-public partnership (PPP) in Spain;
- facilitating joint-venture international technology transfers and agreements in the photovoltaic sector;
- negotiating and drafting factoring contracts and issuing legal opinions.
Sectors covered in French, Spanish and Argentine laws range from healthcare, energy, water and agriculture to franchises, consumer goods and wineries.
At DS Avocats, Christophe will be in charge of the Spanish Desk.
