Biography
Olivier Gauclère is specialized in economic law (contracts, competition, consumer law), and has more specifically acquired extensive expertise in distribution networks, mostly selective distribution and automotive retailer.
He also practices in the area of manufacturer's liability law.
He is notably the legal counsel in France of several car importers (Swedish group – for which he has been acting as referent lawyer for many years, British, Japanese), and of agricultural equipment (German).
His practice splits between advice and litigation.
Olivier Gauclère began his career in the corporate legal department. After being sworn in in 1991, he founded his own law firm which became Viginti Avocats in 2011.
Olivier Gauclère and his team joined DS Avocats in July 2022 in order to offer their clients expanded legal services based on the multidisciplinary skills of a globalized French firm.
He is also a co-founder of the Avokart association.
