Benjamin Potier brings his expertise in litigation before all French jurisdictions: civil, commercial, administrative and criminal.
His clientele is composed of French and foreign companies in a wide variety of business sectors, in particular in air transport, sports, insurance and health.
He is particularly involved in claims management. He has extensive experience in mass claims (asbestos exposure disputes, air accidents) and cross-border disputes, as well as in industrial risk.
His expertise is recognized in Who's Who Legal Transport, Legal 500 (Next Generation Lawyer 2019) and BestLawyers.
He holds an airplane pilot's license.
