Biografía
Charles joined the Commercial and Competition Law Department when the VIGINTI Avocats law firm became part of DS Avocats in July 2022.
His practice focuses on litigation, mainly in the area of liability law, including product liability, legal warranty for hidden defects and obligation of delivery conformity, as well as commercial law. Charles has also developed his practice in the field of legal expertise.
He mainly advises major industrial companies in the automotive and agricultural machinery sectors, both manufacturers and importers.
