Biografía

Partner in charge of the Tax area of DS Chile. Lawyer with 15 years of experience, he has specialized in advising on Tax Compliance and Litigation. In charge of advising national and foreign companies in Chile in their internationalization processes. Specialized in Tax Consulting processes, Administrative Defense, conflict resolution and complex tax negotiations.

He advises companies in the real estate, agri-food, Services, New technologies and Distribution sectors. Member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) Chile AG, the Chilean Institute of Tax Law (ICHDT) and the Chilean Bar Association AG.
