Partner in charge of the Real Estate area of DS Chile. Lawyer with more than 15 years of experience.
Advisor to numerous national and international real estate companies, in charge of providing all the pertinent legal services for the accompaniment in the development of the real estate business, that is, with respect to all those direct and indirect aspects that are generated based on real estate, as well as everything related to the company that manages the project. Responsible for the management of real estate assets, as well as investments in this sector. He assists and advises in the drafting of contractual documents as well as property transfer, lease rights and commercial development files.
