Biografía
Jean-Yves Marquet is an of Counsel in the Restructuring Department at DS Avocats.
He advises mostly SMEs and medium-sized companies, as well as investment funds.
His practice deals with all challenges encountered by companies in financial difficulties, related to both prevention, including ad hoc mandates and conciliation, as well as insolvency proceedings, including protection, court-ordered receivership and liquidation proceedings.
Where necessary, he also appears before the courts to defend managers and/or shareholders in disputes related to debt recovery (action en comblement de passif), management bans, personal bankruptcy, extension to proceedings, inseparability of assets, unfair financial support, etc.
