Biografía
With more than five years' experience in expropriation law acquired in renowned law firms, Louis Chevallier joined DS Avocats in March 2021 to strengthen its real estate litigation department.
He is mainly involved in expropriation, pre-emption and priority rights (administrative and judicial phases).
He assists local authorities, public institutions and semi-public companies in the context of wide-ranging missions such as advice, negotiation, representation before the administrative and judicial courts in the context of various operations (urban renewal, transport works (linear), ZACs, land reserves, etc.).
He also helps clients manage degraded or abandoned property (procedures for danger, manifest abandonment, property without owners, etc.).
He also advises clients on the temporary occupation of private property and the eviction of untitled occupants of public or private property.
