Biografía
Michael is a lawyer in the Corporate and Commercial Law Group of our Montreal City office of DS Lawyers. His practice focuses on business law, particularly on corporate and commercial law, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, business start-ups, business financing as well as the drafting and negotiation of various contracts.
He acts on behalf of business in various industries. He has also collaborated in various major acquisition files in the field of restoration. Before joining DS Lawyers, he worked in other Canadian business law firms. Michael completed his studies in civil law (LL.B.) at the Université du Québec à Montréal as well as a Certificate in Social and Labor Law at this same university. Furthermore, he collaborated in a research and investigation as a legal research assistant at the Université du Québec à Montréal.
