Bernard Tézé, Partner and Alexandra Nguon, Associate, advised start ups Estimeo and Uniris as part of their fundraising, each representing 400,000 euros, respectively with Elie Heriard-Dubreuil (Ex Standard & Poor's now at Beyond Ratings), Gilles Monat (ex-Saxo Bank) and Pierre - Yves Festoch (Circle Pay), as well as Stéphane Roques, president of Parkeon.
Estimeo, candidate in the first edition of the We Law You competition, organised by DS Avocats and exclusively focusing on legal assistance to start-ups , is the first start up automatic scoring platform based on probabilistic algorithm taking into account both financial and extra financial criteria.
With more than 1,000 start ups registered in one year, Estimeo has already convinced key players such as the banking group Banque Populaire, the accounting and audit firm BDO or incubators such BNP’s “We Are Innovation” (WAI)..
Uniris , which received the MEDEF Innovation Award in 2017, has developed a biometric authentication solution coupled with blockchain technology. Protected by eleven patents, it allows the identification by phone or computer, through biometric data. The system generates a cryptographic key at each login, realising a 3D networks venous and nervous finger recognition system using an infrared sensor. Uniris is initially targeting this technology to the military defence as well as financial sectors, with a commercial launch expected in September. It could also get it set up to address other uses, such as electronic voting, fintech, email encryption and access control.
