Biografía

Jean-Marc Loncle brings his expertise in the development of major projects as well as in the negotiation of commercial contracts and partnerships with an international dimension.

In the legal departments of international groups (Thales, Bouygues and Veolia) for thirty years, Jean-Marc Loncle has participated in the development of road, building, energy and water infrastructure projects throughout the world.

As an attorney from 2018 to 2021, he contributed to the development of solar and wind projects in South Africa, Chile, China, Korea, the United States, France, Japan, Kenya, the Middle East and Taiwan for TotalEnergies Renewables.

Jean-Marc Loncle is the author of the book "Pratique des négociations dans les rapprochements d'entreprises", published by L.G.D.J. in 1998 (Prix du cercle Montesquieu), and reissued in a revised and expanded version in 2010 by E.F.E.

He has also written numerous articles relating to the protection of foreign investments, arbitration, negotiations and agreements of business combinations, as well as various types of contracts (construction, subcontracting…).

He was a lecturer for twenty years at the Tours Law School (Master II in international trade law).
