Biografía
Arnaud Burg holds a Master's degree in private law, a MSTCF certificate from the University of Toulouse (1987-1988) and a DESS in real estate management from ESSEC (2003). He is a member of the Management Committee of DS Avocats. He works in the field of mergers and acquisitions and structured finance.
He puts this dual expertise to work for entrepreneurs, whom he assists in their external growth, equity financing or transfer operations. He also advises banks on the implementation of structured financing.
