As an employment law partner, Béatrice Pola advises major French and international groups from a wide range of business sectors on all aspects of employment law.

In the course of their restructuring and reorganization, she is particularly interested in helping them take into account psychosocial risks and environmental impacts.

In terms of risk prevention, she assists them in setting up alert procedures.

She also assists them with crisis management.
