Biografía
Grégory Gutierrez acts in environmental and energy law for French and foreign industrial and real estate clients, both public and private, wishing to invest/divest or develop projects in France and abroad.
He has acquired solid experience in the field of environmental risk transfer (sale/acquisition of companies or real estate assets), particularly in the context of complex transactions involving multi-operator platforms, and assists his clients before the judicial and administrative authorities. Grégory Gutierrez has developed a strong expertise in the field of polluted soils and brownfields rehabilitation. He regularly acts in the real estate sector, particularly in the field of warehouses and logistics. More generally, he accompanies a diversified clientele in the development of projects involving various sectors (renewable energies, mining, logistics, cosmetics, chemicals, waste, quarries, aeronautics, automotive, …).
Grégory Gutierrez is a regular speaker at conferences and publishes articles that enrich the legal doctrine. He regularly conducts training sessions for professionals and students. He is notably a trainer at EFE (environmental law: "improving" and "mastering" courses, and a module on the development of industrial wasteland and the ALUR law).
He is a member of the Environment & Energy Commission of ICC France since 2016.
