Issakha Ndiaye has developed a leading experience in the field of public procurement, particularly in West Africa.
He intervenes on behalf of public decision-makers (drafting texts, accompanying projects etc.) as well as that of economic operators (assistance and counseling, litigation).
He has written several books on PPPs and public procurement.
