Biografía
Jérôme Lombard-Platet is a partner and head of the corporate law / M&A and financing team at DS Avocats.
He is also a member of the Madrid Bar.
He is in charge of transactions including all corporate and M&A issues (LBOs, private equity, joint-ventures, etc.).
To this end, he advises French and European corporate groups.
Jérôme Lombard-Platet has completed more than 250 transactions involving the acquisition/disposal of company shares.
He is the author of numerous articles in the magazines Option Finance and Droit et Affaires.
