Biografía

Head of the Tax & Finance practice, with relevant experience in Peru and Latam in tax-corporate and tax-private-client national and international consulting, planning, and structuring; M&A transactions, re-organization and re-structuring of companies, project, business, and investments.

He is Board member of several companies in the Banking, Construction, Warehousing and Maritime Logistics Services among other companies and non-profitable entities.

He collaborated with the issuance of statutes applicable to the tax, commercial, and security regulations, a professor of Law in one of the main Peruvian Law Universities and a continuous speaker on national and international business and academic forums.

Percy Castle has been constantly recognized by several international rankings.
