Biografía
Reiga Shimizu is a graduate of Chuo Law School (Tokyo), and holds in France an LL.M (University of Paris I Sorbonne) and a Master 2 in contract law and commercial practices (University of Paris XII).
After several years working in Tokyo for Japanese companies, Reiga joined DS Avocats in Paris in 2012 as head of the Japan Desk.
Reiga is regularly involved in cross-border transactions between the European Union and Japan (mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, international mobility, etc.).
She advises both Japanese groups wishing to establish themselves in France and Europe and French groups wishing to invest in Japan in various sectors such as industry, aeronautics, automotive, food processing, etc.
