Reiner Graner is a German lawyer. He is the senior partner of the DS Group in Germany, which he founded in 1986. Francophile and francophone, his affinity with France has intensified throughout his career. He is, among others, a French foreign trade advisor (CCE) and legal counsel to the French General Consulate in Stuttgart.

Over the years, while the firm specialised in Franco-German legal relations, Reiner and his team developed a wide range of international clients, particularly in China.

As a specialist in the field of international contract law, insolvency, credit securities and debt recovery, he has acquired an international clientele through his cooperation with well-known export credit insurers, such as COFACE S.A. and GROUPAMA Assurance-Crédit & Caution in Paris and Chinese SINOSURE.

As such, he is called upon to advise numerous companies operating internationally, particularly in the context of insolvency proceedings, where he acts as the administrator of a pool of creditors/suppliers.

His experience and his particular interest in foreign legal cultures enable him to effectively recognise the needs of this international clientele and to advise them effectively, in particular in cross-border cases or in arbitration proceedings.
