Partner in charge of the area of litigation and arbitration in DS Chile, lawyer specialized in arbitration, civil and family litigation, as well as in the planning of negotiations and judicial strategies. he is a member of the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce and the First Court of Appeals of Santiago.
He has experience in International Arbitration and was a professor at the Diego Portales University School of Law for more than 12 years.
