Biografía

A lawyer since 1999, Valérie Léger began her career as an associate with a well-known Versailles firm specializing in business law and distressed companies.

In April 2005, she set up her own law firm in Versailles, then took part in the development of Cabinet de l'Orangerie in January 2007.

Valérie Léger holds a DEA (post-graduate diploma) in Commercial Contracts, and has extensive experience in business law. She works on behalf of companies of all sizes, providing them with assistance in both advisory and litigation matters.

Her expertise lies mainly in corporate and commercial law, as well as in assisting distressed companies, both in the field of prevention (mainly ad hoc mandates and conciliation) and in the handling of difficulties (safeguarding, judicial recovery or bankruptcy).

She also defends directors facing liability claims and sanctions.
