Chen Xiaoyun

Biografía

Since joining DS in 2008, Chen Xiaoyun has developed, in addition to his knowledge in environmental law, an expertise in intellectual property law.

In particular, he is in charge of managing the portfolios of trademarks, designs, patents, copyrights and software of DS Avocats' clients.

He also advises them on all issues related to the protection of their intellectual property rights, and brings his experience both in establishing and implementing strategies for the clearance of prior rights, and in conducting and monitoring proceedings before the relevant Chinese administrations (such as opposition, cancellation and forfeiture proceedings, in particular).
