Biografía
Qiao Xuemei joined DS in 2014 after 7 years spent in a French law firm in Beijing.
She is in charge of all administrative formalities for DS' clients, both when setting up mixed capital companies, companies with exclusively foreign capital, and during subsequent changes in their organization or governance.
She also supervises the formalities for obtaining work permits and work visas for foreign employees.
She brings to DS' clients her extensive knowledge of the workings and specificities of Chinese administrations, her patience and her persuasive power.
