Biografía
After various experiences in Paris and Bordeaux law firms, Lucille Boyer joined the firm's Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions department in 2019.
She handles all corporate law issues and assists companies in fund raising, restructuring operations, and the sale and acquisition of companies or groups of companies.
She has also developed expertise in "social and solidarity enterprises" (SSE) and advises companies on the possibilities offered to them to adapt their operations to SSE criteria.
