Marie-Ludivine Facon

Biografía

Since 2013, Marie-Ludivine Facon assists project owners and companies in the protection and enhancement of their intangible assets (copyright, trademark, design, patent, digital), their image and their know-how in France and abroad, as well as in their development strategy and in the negotiation of commercial agreements. 

She acts both as counsel and in business litigation and more particularly before the courts and industrial property offices.

She holds a Master 2 in Industrial Property from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, a Master 1 in Corporate and Contract Law from the University of Lille II and a Certificate in Law & Management from EDHEC Business School.
