Our Latin America Desk offers our clients bi-culturally informed legal advice on implementing their projects in Latin America, in particular in the Pacific Alliance countries (Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru). It advises on direct investments (country entry and mergers and acquisitions), financial transactions and large-scale projects, contract law, commercial law, property and construction law, intellectual property law, competition and distribution law, tax law, customs law and arbitration and litigation.
We also assist our Latin-American clients with their commercial transactions in Europe and Asia, as well as with their commercial or regulatory disputes, in particular those related to exports.
Our Latin America desk coordinates and develops DS’ activities in the region through the DS offices in Chile, Peru and Argentina and its network of carefully selected local partners.
