Jean-Marc Peyron, 51, has been practicing since 1995. He started his career at Blatter, Raclet et Associés until 2000, then at Lefèvre, Pelletier & Associés from 2000 to 2005, before joining the Real Estate Department of Herbert Smith Freehills where he led the Asset Management division until 2017, before joining the real estate Department of CMS - Francis Lefebvre Avocats led by Pierre Popesco.
Jean-Marc Peyron specialises in Real Estate Asset Management, including commercial leases, as well as in real estate investment transactions. He advises a wide range of clients among which national and international investment funds, real estate companies or users, both in the context of transactions matters as well as litigation proceedings involving all types of properties (hotel complexes, office buildings, businesses or logistics). He is especially recognised as an expert of VEFA leases.
