Biography

Since her arrival at DS in 2011, Gao Jing has developed an expertise in employment law.

Favoring a pragmatic and operational approach, she assists companies in their management of individual and collective labor relations: drafting of employment contracts, internal regulations, implementation of redundancy strategies, collective redundancy procedures, calculation of severance pay, negotiations with employees, etc.

In addition, she also advises foreign companies on customs law and intervenes more generally in the various legal issues that may arise in the life of a company.
