Biography
Götz Gaiser is admitted to the the Stuttgart bar and the Paris bar. He specializes in international business law and has particular expertise in Franco-German law.
Götz Gaiser advises his German and French clients on commercial and corporate law matters, supporting them from business formation through contract negotiation and drafting. He also works on cross-border M&A transactions. Additionally, advising start-ups is a key part of his practice.
