Biography
Götz is admitted to the the Stuttgart bar and the Paris bar. He specializes in international business law and has particular expertise in Franco-German law.
Götz advises his German and French clients on commercial and corporate law matters, supporting them from business formation through contract negotiation and drafting. He also works on cross-border M&A transactions. Additionally, advising start-ups is a key part of his practice.
