Biography
Thierry is a specialist lawyer in international business law with extensive expertise in contract law, commercial and corporate law, insolvency law, and intellectual property law.
Thierry advises companies on all aspects of international business law. A key focus of his work is supporting cross-border M&A transactions as well as advising start-ups. Additionally, Thierry has extensive experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution at both the national and international levels. He helps his clients resolve disputes efficiently while developing tailored strategies for each case.
