Biography
Alexandre Clément advises and litigates for DS Avocats clients in the following areas: contract law, commercial law, criminal business law, competition, distribution and consumer law.
He joined DS Avocats' Commercial and Competition Law department in 2024, after a number of experiences in leading business law firms and at the French Senate.
Alexandre holds a Specialized Master in International Law and Management from ESCP Business School and a Master 2 in International Business Law from Université Paris Cité.
