Partner in charge of the tax area of DS Chile. Lawyer with more than 15 years of experience who has a long career in this area, having worked in the Department of International Taxation PriceWaterhouse Coopers (PwC).

His knowledge and specialty are especially focused on restructuring and tax planning. Likewise, his knowledge is also focused on labor, commercial, corporate governance, restructuring and tax engineering, M&A and conflict resolution and complex negotiations. He advises several companies in the sectors of distribution and marketing, new technologies, pharmaceuticals, renewable energy and services in general.
