Francisco Charlin Montero

Biography

Partner lawyer with nearly 25 years of experience in natural resource projects, mostly mining, specialized in corporate, contractual, financial and tax matters.

In his role as Manager and Legal Director he has successfully led work teams and has participated directly in numerous areas of work, including international financing, environmental and permitting, community and indigenous matters.

Since the beginning of his career, he has worked in infrastructures, railway and mining projects, both in Chile and abroad (Bolivia, USA and Pakistan, among others).
