Biography
Isabelle Giroux is a lawyer practising in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financing and drafting/negotiating commercial agreements in the Corporate/Commercial Group in the DS Québec office.
She assists her entrepreneurial clients by accompanying and advising them in dealing with the various legal issues they face.
Isabelle represents small and medium-sized Québec businesses in provincial, national and international legal matters, particularly in transactional and commercial matters. In addition, she is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Ursuline Cultural Heritage Trust.
SOCIAL INVOLVEMENT She has served on the boards of directors of various organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Fiducie du patrimoine culturel des Ursulines.
