Biography
Partner in charge of the Commercial, Mergers & Acquisitions and International Law department of DS Abogados Chile. Having more than 25 years of experience, advises companies and investment funds in various sectors such as the Retail Industry, Pharmaceutical Industry, New Technologies Industry, Renewable Energy Industry, mining and services industry in general. Furthermore, he also assists these companies in their M&A processes, conflict resolution and complex negotiations.
Advising clients in various fields of activity, and more particularly in matters of free competition law, distribution, regulation and administrative processes.
