Leader of Compliance, Infrastructure (PPPs) and Public Contracting´s area. He advises national and foreign companies for the preparation of offers, execution and management of contracts, as well as, plans and develops public-private investment projects of public infrastructure and promotion of private investment. He designs legals structures for the establishment and implementation of foreign companies in Peru.
