Biography

Léa Duhamel holds a doctorate in private law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and a certificate of specialization in employment law from the Paris Bar.

She taught employment law at the University of Paris I as an ATER for eight years, before joining the employment law department of Gide Loyrette Nouel.

In 2007, she joined a firm of attorneys-at-law at the Conseil d'Etat and the Cour de cassation to familiarize herself with cassation techniques on sensitive labor law cases.

At the same time, she set up her own employment law practice, before taking over as head of the employment practice at Cloix Mendès-Gil in 2013.

Léa Duhamel and her team advise companies, associations and local authorities on all aspects of employment law, both individually and collectively, in both advisory and litigation matters.
