Biography
Pilar Martin is a member of the Litigation and Compliance Department.
She has experience in advising individuals and companies from various sectors (retail, real estate, industrial, banking, etc) in civil proceedings (payment claims, contractual resolutions, damages, civil liability, etc) and in criminal proceedings (crimes related to the business environment).
She also has extensive experience in implementing and developingof criminal compliance plans for companies.
