Verónica Ramírez

Biography

Verónica Ramírez is a partner of the Spanish law firm DS OVSLAW. In her professional practice she is involved in the comprehensive advice of companies, both national and international, through planning, design and advice both in the incorporation of all types of companies and in the recurrent advice throughout their corporate life, providing support to corporate and administrative bodies and intervening in operations of restructuring, acquisition, sale and merger of companies.

Veronica has extensive experience both in advising start-ups (especially in the various rounds of investment and agreement between partners) and in advising private equity entities (investment and disinvestment processes in companies) and venture capital funds.

A member of the Barcelona Bar Association, Veronica has collaborated with the Abad Oliva University of Barcelona, teaching sessions on the processes of M&A.
