Biography
Wuyan has been working in the Shanghai office since the early 2000s, and has developed a strong expertise in M&A transactions and joint venture projects.
She has managed several acquisition projects in the food, chemical, service, automotive, etc. sectors and has been able to extend her experience to other areas such as real estate, construction and the environmental sector and has led complex M&A projects and intra-group reorganizations.
In addition, she specializes in labor law and distribution law.
