Arbitration has grown up quickly in Asia these last years. Asian related arbitration cases are more and more seating in Asia, in places like Hong Kong or Singapore. China is progressively aligning on international arbitration standards and opening to foreign arbitration. Enforcement of awards is
gaining ground.


What does the future hold for arbitration in Asia? Will China fully endorse international standards and open its regulatory framework? To what effects for global and regional institutions? How will Hong Kong redefine itself in a changing landscape? Will Singapore continue to strive as a fast-growing, dynamic and innovative seat? Are any other places of arbitration emerging in Asia?
