Daniel Deutsch

Biography

Daniel joined DS Canada Lawyers LLP (DS) in March 2019, after completing his legal studies at the Thompson Rivers University in 2018. Since being admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 2021, he has served his current role as an associate in DS’s Vancouver office.

In practice, Daniel is detail-oriented and approaches problems with a pragmatic attitude. His undergraduate degree in commerce and previous banking experience have afforded him the breadth of knowledge necessary to be an effective corporate commercial lawyer, where he displays a strong aptitude in securities related matters. 

Rare in this day and age, Daniel is a generalist who in equally comfortable as a litigator, being often able to leverage his strong transactional background in helping clients resolve complex disputes. In that capacity, Daniel has appeared before various levels of British Columbia’s Courts, as well as numerous administrative tribunals. 

Daniel takes pride in his ability to deal with a broad-spectrum of requests for clients, and his ability to provide tailored advice based the clients’ unique and specific needs and circumstances.
