Félix Lefebvre

Biography

Félix Lefebvre is attached to the Real Estate Department of DS Avocats. He has previously completed several internships in French and international law firms, which allowed him to gain a certain amount of experience.

Acting on behalf of local authorities, public establishments or SEMs, he is involved in a wide range of assignments, both as an advisor and in litigation, on various operations relating to urban renewal (amicable or forced acquisition of real estate: fixing compensation, commercial eviction, urban right of pre-emption, rental issues, etc.), the creation of transport facilities, ZACs and land reserves.

He also assists clients with certain aspects of environmental law, particularly in relation to polluted sites and soils.
