Biography
Gabriel Ranieri Prestes Cesar, member of the Paris and Sao Paulo Bars, joined the Restructuring Department of DS Avocats in March 2023, after several experiences in international business law firms.
He advises and litigates on issues related to the restructuring, business protection procedures and the acquisition and transfer of companies in financial distress.
Gabriel holds a law degree from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), a Master I in Business Law (Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne), a Master II in International Business Law (Paris-Saclay), as well as a D.U. in Law of companies in difficulty (Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne).
