Biography
Prior to joining DS Avocats, Liu Yimin practiced in two renowned Chinese law firms.
She specializes in M&A transactions and corporate law and has built a solid experience in a wide range of industries.
She leads and coordinates numerous M&A projects both in the audit and transactional phases.
