Biography
Louis Lasserre joined DS Avocats' Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions team in 2023.
His vision of the legal profession is to understand the environment in which his clients operate, in order to provide them with efficient, tailor-made solutions.
Throughout his career, Louis has frequently been involved in fund-raising operations, from the pre-Seed phase to Series C, with a particular focus on supporting innovative founders in the fields of technology, healthcare, culture, insurance and SaaS solutions.
In the industrial sector, Louis has demonstrated his expertise by advising SMEs and large corporations on complex and exceptional strategic transactions. He has been involved in numerous acquisitions, disposals, transformations and restructurings of companies in the security, renewable energies, transport, agri-food, personal services and metallurgy sectors.
At the same time, he provides support to various associations, foundations and endowment funds, and also works in the cultural sector, collaborating with artists and art galleries.
He has frequently managed international projects and is fluent in English.
