Biography
After dedicating herself for several years to the profession of judge in Bucharest, Luiza Padiu started to practice as a lawyer, first in Bucharest and then she continued in Bordeaux.
She is active in both advice and litigation in real estate law (construction law, property management).
In the field of construction law, she works with the parties involved in the act of building, at the various stages of the operation. She deals with all legal and judicial issues in these areas as well as in the field of expropriation.
